After months of refining how we interact with both live networks and collected / historic infrastucture data, we built our own Slurp’it MCP. Use it with your favourite online or offline LLM.
Why you’d use MCP:

We documented all the Slurp’it API & SDK function so that the MCP knows what to reach for your question.

It can read data, but also update, delete and create data. So you can for example maintain your devices via the LLM.

Multi-tooling, meaning it can call multiple API calls to get what you asked for.

It’s open-source, so you can fork and fine-tune it if needed.

You can connect it to the live network, so you can build your own agent against Slurp’it to have it do live network commands.
- There is a build-in security parameter to disable changes, this way you can force it to only read data.
